Job DescriptionProvide coordination of recruiting activities and administrative support across the Experienced Advisor Recruiting department. Work closely with a team of recruiters, leaders, and other recruiting partners on tasks such as meeting and event support, travel booking, expense reporting, candidate report analysis, candidate contact, prospect lead intake, and occasionally support leader and team on other projects as needed.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate all regional travel, meetings and events for Divisional Recruiting team. Assist with expense reports, invoicing, and interacting with vendors as needed.Assemble metrics for regional advisor recruiting pipeline by leveraging team resources and information. Utilize Salesforce to extract activity and metrics data, and provide initial analysis on pipeline dashboard reports.Participate in meetings, capture and follow-up on action items to completion, as needed. Proactive communication to recruiters, search firms and other recruiting partners. Provide coaching and training to recruiters on Salesforce usage for the timely and accurate capture of candidate activity.Collaborate effectively with divisional recruiting team, corporate partners, field leaders, and external partners to support recruiting efforts. Build and maintain strong partnerships and communicate effectively with these groups.Provide support on varied program needs and projects as assigned including making connections across internal teams such as EAR operations, EAR Marketing, Transition, etc.. Occasionally support leader in creating / editing program materials (i.e. power points, scripts, etc.).Required QualificationsAssociate degree or equivalent (2-years).1-3 years of relevant experience.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Excellent attention to detail, prioritize work effectively, and excellent organizational and time management skills.Experience with coordinating business travel and managing expense reports.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.Service oriented with a positive, professional demeanor.Preferred QualificationsBachelors degree or equivalent (4-years)Experience with Salesforce.Proficient in reporting and analytics.Experience with a sales culture.About Our CompanyAt Ameriprise Financial, we're not just in the business of helping clients with their financial goals - we also help our advisors and employees reach their true potential by embracing an inclusive and collaborative culture.
