Corporate M&A/PE Attorney
to join their leading AmLaw 10 firm in its Los Angeles office. Year after year, our client’s Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group maintains its position at the forefront of high-profile, cutting-edge M&A transactions. Our client also consistently ranks at the top among legal advisers to private equity buyouts in the U.S., Europe and Asia. Your practice will be focused on areas of corporate finance, securities regulation and corporate governance. You will advise public and private companies, investment banks and private equity firms on a multitude of legal matters, including: Leveraged buyouts Debt and equity offerings Initial public offerings Mergers & acquisitions Special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs) Cross-border transactions Securities law issues Stock exchange requirements Annual salary range: $250,000 – $345,000.
