reimagine the future of beauty .The Opportunity:Your Role at Sephora:As a Director, Human Resources, Distribution Center you will provide thought leadership and strategic business direction for all talent strategies tied to the operations of the Distribution Center. You will partner with FSC and other Distribution Centers to deliver strategic HR initiatives aligned with Sephora’s people goals. You will create and support strategic workforce plans, apply diagnostic skills and metrics to guide HR solutions, and provide recommendations to enhance the employee experience. You will manage retention, engagement, leadership development, succession planning, and safety culture while collaborating with HR Center of Excellence leaders.Your responsibilities include:Acting as a strategic thought partner to the General Manager and Operational Leadership by developing a people strategy that optimizes the organization.Gathering data, analyzing trends, and providing insights to guide operations.Innovating HR processes and driving consistency across the DC network.Facilitating cross-functional projects that align with DC and Supply Chain goals.Understanding external market pressures and evolving fulfillment technologies to improve talent and culture strategies.Leading with integrity and providing informed solutions that challenge the status quo.Delivering local initiatives that build a DC Safety Culture.Managing fiscal responsibility over people programs.Engage & Retain:Impacting engagement and retention by partnering with FSC Leadership to design relevant programs.Modeling the company’s development culture through consistent conversations and succession planning.Monitoring HR analytics to recognize gaps and strategize solutions.Raising awareness of conflicting priorities and communications.Learn & Develop:Manage and develop HR team by prioritizing workload to drive execution of initiatives.Creating long-term organizational success by developing team skills in manpower planning, labor strategy, and leadership.Demonstrating Sephora values of Passion for Client Service, Innovation, Expertise, Balance, Respect for All, Teamwork, and Initiative.We would love to hear from you if you have:10+ years of progressive HRBP experience, preferably in a Distribution Center.Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.Experience leading and managing a team of HR professionals.Well-developed industry knowledge and proven enterprise thinking.Substantial experience providing strategic HR consultation.Experience working with Executive level partners and operating at a strategic level.Strong leadership and communication skills.Collaborative style with cross-functional experience.Strong planning and problem-solving skills.While at Sephora, you’ll enjoy:Beauty & Beyond:

Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and more.The annual base salary range for this position is $156,000.00 - $174,000.00. The actual base salary offered depends on various factors, including qualifications and experience.
