111958Zurich North America is currently hiring a Functional FS-CD SAP Consultant, and this person will work in our North America HQ in Schaumburg, IL. He/She will report to the SAP Technical Manager.Responsibilities:DunningPayment LotBroker collectionsMonth End close and financial accounting.The consultant will create clear, concise deliverables that reflect a deep understanding of business needs and out-of-the-box software functionality.Work with multi-functional/technical teams to prioritize the work and then drive system solutions by clearly articulating business needs and co-ordinate with teams to get development moving.Provide leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.He/she will lead full life cycle implementations of FS-CD and lead other projects as assigned.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree and 7 or more years of experience in the Application Design and Development area ORHigh School Diploma or Equivalent and 9 or more years of experience in the Application Design and Development areaPreferred Qualifications:3+ years of demonstrated experience in process implementation and optimization in the areas of Billing and Disbursement using SAP FS-CD for Insurance business.Multiple end-to-end project lifecycle experience within SAP FS-CD/FICOMust have a Financial Services and/or an accounting background for SAP FS-CDTeam player who works well with technical and business resourcesExperience with 3 to 4 full life cycle implementations of FSCDKnowledge of FS-CD on S4 HANAKnowledge of integrations with SAP Reinsurance (FS-RI) and SAP FICO is a plus.Strong problem solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalUnderstands communication channels and escalates appropriatelyStrong initiative; able to self-manageComfortable with ambiguity and working through it to get the right things doneLocation(s): AM - Schaumburg, AM - ChicagoRemote Working: HybridSchedule: Full TimeEmployment Sponsorship Offered: Yes
