In this role, you will manage executive compensation programs including the development of materials for management and the Compensation Committee of the Board, collaborate with partners in the Business Units & Divisions, Legal and Finance, implement programs, directly manage and develop a team and assist with the proxy statement and other public filings. Partner with external independent consultants to deliver on Compensation Committee meetings, programs and projects. In addition, this role is responsible for the management of senior executive compensation programs. You will have regular and direct interaction with senior executives and Compensation Committee members. Contributes to the development of the organization's executive compensation strategies. Reports to the EVP of Human Resources **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Cable and will be responsible for leading a team of Executive compensation professionals.Core Responsibilities:Supports senior management to develop strategic executive compensation policies, and programs that align with business initiatives with respect to both domestic and international client groups.Administers and provides oversight of 400-500 employment agreements.Assists in ensuring **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** has competitive and cost-effective compensation policies and practices.Manages the key areas of executive compensation and liaise with third parties to develop a consistent best practice approach, including significant vendor management responsibilities.Responsible for ensuring that executive compensation practices are compliant with the relevant regulatory recommendations and requirements.Develops strategies for performing buyout valuations as well as responsible for global training and execution on these principles.Works closely with other subject matter experts in and outside of HR to develop and modify executive compensation programs and tactics.Administers the Company's equity programs, including stock options and restricted stock.Administers the Company's stock ownership and other policies.Administers the Company's deferred compensation programs.Responsible for preparing exhibits and disclosures in the Company's annual Proxy Statement in partnership with Corporate Law, Corporate Finance, and Corporate Communications.Responsible for designing compensation proposals for senior level new hire candidates and for incumbent executives.Provides research, analysis and reports for executive compensation items disclosed in the Annual Proxy statement and partners with corporate Legal and other functions.Administers **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** Stock Ownership Commitment and other executive compensation programs (e.g., DC) such as the ESPP program.Applies expertise to field more complex inquiries from senior executives and acts as an internal resource to leadership on executive compensation issues.Develops relevant communication materials for Executive Compensation recipients.Applies technical expertise in executive Compensation principles, practices, and procedures in the completion of assignments.Impacts executive compensation end results through project management and client relationships.Partners and consults with HR Advisors, HRSS, other Senior Compensation team members and experts in other fields such as finance, legal, etc. to implement and deliver on projects.Manages multiple projects across multiple teams and has the ability to influence decisions.Project management and program execution for new compensation policies and pay management across the business.Leads department personnel, including direct supervision, hiring, development, and performance management.Plan and manage an annual budget and allocate resources (i.e., people and expense dollars).Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Requirements:Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.Highly skilled background in executive compensation program policies, procedures design/development and deployment.Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively interface with senior management and Board of Directors.Superior management skills and ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers.Strong attention to detail and presentation skills.Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations orally and in writing.Demonstrated experience with change management strategies and implementation.Results-oriented with superior problem-solving skills and ability to effectively manage varied resources to complete a task/project.Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution skills.Experience in building, mentoring, and coaching a team in an extremely fast pace, evolving environment.Additional Responsibilities:Partners with senior management to ensure the delivery of outstanding service in the areas of executive compensation.Leads with enthusiasm and positivity to inspire and motivate direct reports, staff, department, and senior management.Ensures all policies and procedures are in compliance with all federal, state, and local statutes/regulations.Models and demonstrates behavior that exemplifies the Company's culture; guides and assists staff with developing methodologies for supporting the Company Credo in all aspects of the business.Provides strong credibility, exercises sound judgment, and communicates rationale for decision-making or recommendations to multiple stakeholders.Partners with business leaders to achieve organization and business alignment.Ensures that department goals are met and adhere to the standards of the Company.Education:Bachelor's Degree preferred.
