Job DescriptionSupports the Talent Acquisition department by assessing operational challenges which could be mitigated by new technologies or existing technologies. In partnership with other team members, improves the efficiency of our hiring and develops business solutions for various Talent Acquisition systems.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelops and maintains a comprehensive understanding of business processes and industry practices pertaining to our Technology stack i.e. ATS, CRMs, Event Management, etc.Owns the operations and procedures associated with the Talent Acquisition systems. Receives and documents questions and issues for escalated requests and troubleshoots solutions. Partners with Talent Acquisition Leaders to understand new business requirements for supported Talent Acquisition systems Analyzes and identifies positive and negative trends derived from data. Designs and recommends best practice identification and implementation to optimize performance and minimize operational disruptions. Monitors service level agreements SLA for our vendors and aligns with their calendar for updates to our tools and align with their road map for the roll out of new capability.
