Position Summary: The Manager, Talent Acquisition will play a key role in attracting a diverse pool of talented contributors in alignment with Participant’s core values. This is an individual contributor role and will be responsible for managing the company's full-cycle recruitment and talent strategy, as well as delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.  Reporting into the EVP, People and Culture, this role will work in tandem with the People and Culture team as well as Diversity, Belonging and Inclusion to support key projects and priorities designed to evolve and strengthen company culture.

Salary Range: $75,000-$80,000

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full cycle recruitment for the organization in an efficient and effective manner, including but not limited to:
  • Setting the hiring “action plan” with the hiring manager, in accordance with company Workforce Acquisition (Talent Recruiting and Hiring) policies
  • Conducting background checks
  • Issuing offers for employment
  • Provide an extraordinary candidate experience 
  • Act as an advisor to the business, working with directly with stakeholders at all levels
  • Leverage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Lever and online recruiting resources from multiple channels, including social media, LinkedIn, campus activity from trade schools to universities, in addition to our robust sourcing platform as a resource to help strengthen relationships with industry partners
  • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand team needs, the requirements of the role’s mission, outcomes, and competencies, as well as ensure hiring best practices are complying across the organization
  • Train and coach interview teams on the interview process
  • Use data to identify opportunities and drive enhancements to our talent brand, talent acquisition processes, and candidate experience
  • Administer and maintain the employee onboarding process (e.g., Paylocity, IT matters, new hire orientation)
  • Manage intern and fellow programs, and temporary staffing

  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3+ years’ in full-cycle recruiting and coursing
  • Ability to give presentations
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Lever or another ATS
  • Knowledge of at least one of the functional areas of HR and Talent management including employee and labor relations practices 
  • Working knowledge of current regulatory requirements and standards relating to the function of human resources management including of federal and state employment law
  • Experience building trusted relationships with key stakeholders; adopting a sense of urgency with candidate management in order to meet hiring managers’ needs
  • A Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent
