As an PT Outreach and Recruitment Coordinator, you will perform a variety of administrative tasks and support for the Talent Acquisition Team.Full Job DescriptionAnswer each employment inquiry in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner. Develop and implement new recruitment strategies online and within the community. Collaborate with CEO marketing and communications team Manage recruitment ads and post positions as necessary. Check in frequently with leads within the applicant tracking system. Schedule and conduct applicant interviews in an efficient and professional manner. Evaluate and update all orientation and training materials as needed? Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the teamRecruiting Events,Recruiting Efforts,Recruiting Plans,Conduct Interviews,Phone Interview,Schedule Interviews,Microsoft,MS Excel,College degree preferred but not required.Title: Outreach & Recruitment Coordinator (Talent Acquisition/Recruiting)Reports to: Program ManagerResponsibilities:Support the Recruiting process by screening resumes, application forms, and scheduling and confirming interviews with candidates Assist with creating job postings on job boards and applicant tracking systems Share job postings with relevant listservs, campus partners and appropriate eternal networks Assist candidates with completing applications Compose and revise correspondence, reports, forms, and other information using acceptable business formats Ensure that all data entry is entered timely and accurately Assist with pre-employment coordination for new hires Assist in the coordination of off-site and on-site recruiting events such as job fairs, networking opportunities, etc. Address daily employee queries Maintain standard recruiting data and related reports Other duties as assignedQualifications:Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred. 1 to 3 years HR experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proven ability to work well with others as well as alone Strong documentation skills and communication skills Ability to work under strict deadlines Must be self-motivated Requires the ability to use good judgment and discretion with highly confidential business and candidate information
