Base pay plus annual bonus potentialCompany SuccessShare bonusesJOB SUMMARY:The Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout Ohio Machinery. Responsible for the full lifecycle recruiting on select roles; understanding the successful candidate profile and determining recruiting strategy and timeline to deliver a strong candidate slate for each requisition. Publicize job postings via the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and lead job boards to generate inbound applicants. Source and screen active candidates from the internal and external applicant tracking system and employee referrals, and active recruiting efforts including networking, cold calling, social media, industry-specific websites, associations, blogs, and communities of interest. This will be achieved through the development of recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent. The Recruiter is also responsible for creating new and maintaining existing relationships and partnerships with schools, and organizations. JOB QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or MarketingFive years of relevant industry experience with full-lifecycle recruiting and talent sourcing experience are required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and solid knowledge of sourcing methods and best-recruiting practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Office. Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record. Travel 30%PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods.
