In this position, you will report to the US Sourcing Manager. The analyst will support the manager in preparing request for proposal for all steel parts in Nextracker product and North America suppliers as well as analyzing offers and cost/capacity models.Watch this video to learn why Nextracker is more than just a place to work. Here is a glimpse of what you'll do...Identify patterns in cost analysis to drive sourcing strategyPrepare and manage Requests for Quotation (RFQs)Analyze steel markets and perform supplier screening and qualificationReview and analyze quotationsDevelop and maintain suppliers' scorecardsSupport new supplier development and qualificationSupport process optimization in the Supply Chain departmentHere is some of what you'll need (required)...3 years of experience in Steel sector.Solid structuring and analytical skills to keep track of multiple projects and vendors, in an international and multicultural environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
