The solutions we provide include, voice and data systems, small cell, DAS, WiMax, LTE, telemetry systems and other data communications infrastructure.Who We NeedWe want top-talent individuals who are problem solvers with demonstrated ability to perform to the highest standards.We are seeking a Recruiter/Administrative Assistant who is looking to learn about all positions within the company and further or kick-start their own career while also recruiting local and national talent. This position would be responsible for the full cycle recruiting process. This person will work with a high degree of autonomy and must be able to consistently meet deadlines with little need for supervision.The ability to think outside the box and bring fresh and exciting new ideas to the table is always a plus! Advancement opportunities are available for the right candidate!Key Duties:Conduct phone and in-person interviewsManage job postings on internal and external web sitesSource candidates through various mechanisms (direct, internet, referrals, research, relationships, agencies, etc.)Develop and cultivate relationships with various levels of management, candidates, and external recruiting sourcesManage the recruiting/hiring processConduct candidate background, reference and drug testing checksWork with Management to maintain recruiting budgetCreate reports, presentations and work on ad-hoc projects as requestedCreate/maintain marketing materials for career fairs, trade shows and other recruiting functionsPromote positions on company social media platforms such as, Facebook, LinkedIn, company website/blogPrepare and manage marketing campaigns for existing and new products and services.Prepare and manage internal and external company newslettersManage Company social mediaHelp identify new market or segments opportunities.Requirements:Proven ExperienceExcellent relationship building skillsExcellent communication skills - written & verbalAbility to be a team player while working independentlyAbility to handle a fast-paced, ever-changing environmentAbility to pay attention to small detailsExcellent organizational skillsAbility to produce qualified staff members weekly or as neededAbility to work with Adobe suite of products for photo editingWhat we OfferAs a member of our team, we offer a competitive compensation package that includes a comprehensive benefit package, paid vacation and weekly salary.You Think you have what we looking for?
