Job Summary: Leads recruitment marketing and communication strategy and team. Designs and maintains a best-in-class digital experience for candidates. Manages paid and organic recruitment campaigns. Oversees recruitment marketing operations and technology in close partnership with the marketing and public affairs digital team. Writes and produces content in partnership with the marketing and public affairs editorial team. Tracks measures and reports on results. Reports to Strategic Communications in Marketing & Public Affairs. Education - Required: Bachelor's Degree Marketing or Communications Experience - Required: 4 years Marketing or Communications Experience - Preferred: 2 years Recruitment Marketing and Communications Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Required: Knowledge of Web user experience Proficient in paid traditional and digital campaigns Expertise in recruitment marketing/candidate experience Experience with organic social media Excellent writing and messaging skills
