Clinical Research Recruiter

Reliance Clinical Testing Services (RCTS) is actively seeking for a

Clinical Research Recruiter to join the team in Irving, TX 75062.

About Us:RCTS, an ALS (global/limited) company, is a leader in the field of

clinical testing with an opening for an outbound call representative, titled Clinical

Research Recruiter. The successful candidate will join a team that provides

clinical testing services to many of the world's best-known consumer product

companies. As an RCTS employee, you are

also part of a larger global organization of over 17,000 employees spanning

over 60 countries. As a Clinical Research Recruiter, you will be responsible

for making and receiving telephone calls for the purpose of screening and

scheduling people to participate in clinical studies. These studies are

designed to evaluate cosmetics, personal care products and OTC drugs.

________________________________________________________________________________Duties of the Clinical Research Recruiter include:

*Generating

call lists based on study qualifications

*Making

outbound calls to screen potential study participants (no cold calling or

selling)

*Taking

inbound calls and providing assistance to the caller

*Scheduling

appointments for participants on clinical studies

*Making

reminder calls for study visits

*Data

entry for appointments and participant applications

*Other

duties as assigned by management or Lead Recruiter

Desired Clinical Research Recruiter Traits and Skills:

At

least one year of experience in high volume outbound calling is required

Must

live in the Irving or Mid-Cities area (H.E.B., Arlington, Farmers Branch,

etc.)

Must

be willing to commit to a stable, long term position with a great team

Must

have excellent phone skills

Must

have a pleasant, clear and professional telephone voice.

Must

have a mature, professional attitude

Must

be able to follow and give directions carefully.

Must

be able to work well in a heavy phones environment while at a desk 8 hours

a day

Some

computer experience required

What We Offer: The starting pay for the recruiting position is $17.50/hour

for 40 hours a week. RCTS as part of ALS Global offers comprehensive medical,

dental and life insurance benefits to all full-time employees. The hours for
