Job Summary: Supports recruitment marketing and communication strategy. Designs and maintains a best-in-class digital experience for candidates. Produces paid and organic recruitment campaigns. Contributes to recruitment marketing operations and technology in close partnership with the marketing and public affairs digital team. Writes and produces content for campaigns. Tracks, measures and reports on results. Works closely with HR and operational leaders to identify positions of greatest need and messaging. Reports to Recruitment Marketing Manager in Marketing and Public Affairs.Education - Required: Bachelor's Degree Marketing or Communications Experience - Required: 3 years Marketing or Communications Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Required: Knowledge of Web user experience Proficient in paid traditional and digital campaigns Expertise in recruitment marketing/candidate experience Experience with organic social media Excellent writing and messaging skills
