A Day in the Life as a Recruiter: The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and referring qualified applicants for design, business partnering and leadership positions throughout the Firm. They will develop and execute the Firm's recruiting and staffing strategies while providing consultative guidance to hiring managers on the recruiting process and market conditions. The Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent. Here is a list of other responsibilities related to your role as Recruiter: Facilitate the full-cycle recruitment process - from job posting through onboarding.Partner with hiring managers to define hiring criteria and create associated job postings. Determine the position responsibilities, as well as the experience and abilities, the ideal candidate will possess. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to recruit experienced professionals at all levels. Identify the most efficient, productive and cost-effective recruiting methods and tools.Identify and recruit top talent by networking and building strong relationships via community outreach efforts, college partnerships, relevant websites, etc. in the market to build pipelines.Collect and benchmark relevant data to assist in designing talent acquisition strategies.Enhance and maintain overall talent acquisition strategy.Manage requisition approval process and maintain accurate headcount tracking.Develop and implement training programs for hiring managers/interviewers to ensure best-in-class interview techniques. Partner with Marketing Team to develop and manage social media campaigns regarding talent acquisition. RequirementsAbout You: The qualifications of a recruiter are multi-faceted. The ability to effectively and confidently prioritize and execute tasks with many competing priorities is a necessity. Here is a list of other required skills: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.Proven experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches and initiatives.Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in cross functional team environment.Must be assertive, take initiative, and be a proactive change agent.Excellent time management skills.Ability to meet tight deadlines and be flexible to changing workflow and demands.Ability to prioritize and execute tasks with many competing priorities effectively and confidently.Self-motivated and ability to work independently.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. The Following Skills Would be an Added Bonus: Talent acquisition in professional services or the architectural, engineering, or construction industry Proficiency utilizing a variety of sourcing tools i.e. LinkedIn Recruiter.Maintain knowledge of OFCCP requirements and general fair hiring practices.Ability to identify and mitigate risks by understanding current legislation.
