Human Resources Associate/Recruiter

The Human Resources Department is looking for a driven, self-motivated individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process to fill open non-exempt positions and perform administrative and general office duties relating to employee engagement and services & personnel transactions. Responsibities & Job Duties:Post open positions on company websiteSource and screens applications and resumes for employment considerationSchedules and conducts interviewsInitiate background and pre-employment drug-screening processesMaintains applicant flow processesPerform data entry relating to onboarding, transfers, upgrades, downgrades & terminationsAssembles and compile basic data for presentations and new employee orientationsAssist with new hire & benefit orientationsAssists in the maintenance of records management regarding compliance and retention issuesPerforms clerical duties such as answering phones, opening, and sorting mail, faxing, copying and maintaining filesEssential Abilities or Functions:Proficient PC skills to include Word & Excel at an intermediate level. Assessment testing is part of the consideration processStrong organizational and prioritization skillsAbility to pay attention to detail is essentialProficient oral and written communication skillsAbility to work independently, meet strict deadlinesAble to exercise discretion with confidential informationThorough understanding of federal, state & local employment lawsProvide quality Customer Service to internal personnel, applicants, clients, customers, and other professionalsPrior Human Resource or Office Administration experience preferredPrevious recruiting experienced preferredKnowledge of SuccessFactors/Peoplenet and UKG (formally UltiPro) preferred but not requiredMinimum 2-year college degree or equivalent work experience preferredBilingual English/Spanish preferredWorking hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. Must be flexible as needed to accommodate department and organizational needs.
