Duties & Responsibilities: Provide full cycle recruiting expertise to ensure effective, efficient and focused staffing to support the mission of The New Jewish Home. Provide solid sourcing and proactive approach to recruitment through job boards and social media platforms. Prior experience implementing job board platforms and experience with Application Tracking System (ATS) required. Establish strong client relationships with hiring managers to develop targeted recruitment strategies. Follow up with all emails and phone calls in a timely matter. Build quality diverse applicant pools for current openings using social media, databases, job boards and other sources. Develop pipelines of talent to ensure a steady stream of applicants for future openings. Conduct interviews which include onsite, virtual, and initial phone intake session. Coach Managers with effective and legal interviewing and selection techniques. Negotiate final offers within established guidelines. Maintain agency relationship and onboard agency personnel with compliance standards. Represent TNJH at local national recruitment events as needed. Ensure compliance standards throughout the process. Corporate Orientation responsibilities as needed. Requirements: The passion to be goal and results-driven. Demonstrated abilities to effectively source passive candidates through social media. Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written with emphasis on customer service. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing and multiple priorities in a high volume recruitment environment. A great outgoing and energetic approach and desire the to build and maintain strong business relationships with line managers, candidates, HR colleagues and external agencies. Bachelors Degree along with 3 or more years of agency or corporate recruitment experience required. Willingness to travel as needed, to additional campus sites. Experience in internet sourcing and behavioral interviewing.
