Role:
Linqia is looking for a talented player/coach Director of Recruiting to both help recruit on critical roles and mentor our growing recruiting team. You are someone who excels in candidate sourcing, collaboration with hiring partners, and is the subject matter expert for talent. You’d also contribute to mentoring the recruiting team with best recruiting practices and strategies. You’ll hit the ground running to grow and expand our Sales, Marketing and Operations teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Recruit and mentor a team of sourcers/coordinators with the goal of bringing in top talent
- Help devise top-of-funnel strategy, sourcing drives, and other candidate generation initiatives for your own roles and others
- Manage by metrics approach to deliver success and accountability with the team
- Have a robust test-and-learn approach for driving consistent improvement
- Work a full-cycle recruiting process for our Sales, Marketing and Operations teams
- Work with managers to understand hiring needs and team goals
- Conducting and coordinating interviews
- Use your excellent written communication skills to draft and approve outbound messages
- Possess the creativity and tenacity to gain the trust of the most highly sought-after talent
- Drive an outstanding experience that candidates are excited to tell their friends about, even if they don't get the job
- Report, analyze and optimize on key hiring funnel metrics to strive to improve the process
- Ad hoc projects
Qualifications:
- +7 years of recruiting experience (preferably both agency & in-house experience) with at least two years of management experience
- You've led a high performing recruiting team and lead while being approachable, empathetic, and nurturing.
- Sales, Marketing, Business Operations recruiting experience
- Strong ability to think strategically but also provide on the ground help where needed to close candidates
- A proven track record of using creative sourcing methods to find top talent
- A metrics-driven approach to problem solving
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data/information at all levels of an organization
- Highly organized with an impeccable attention to detail and candidate pipeline hygiene
- A positive individual who is driven and excited about working autonomously in a startup environment
Compensation Range: $140,000 - $185,000 base salary. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
