This is a contract role where employees are required onsite 2 days per week in NYC, and will work remotely 3 days per week. The full job description is as follows:Location: NYCJob Type: Temp to permWe are looking for: An experienced recruiter for a temp to perm opportunity to provide recruitment support because of increased hiring volume. The primary client group will be operations, with others to be added based on volume. The successful candidate will collaborate with the business to attract and select the best talent for their teams.Your understanding of the recruitment market, knowledge of financial services, your network of contacts, and passion for matching key talent with the right role will enable you to hire the best people who will thrive in our exciting culture.Your relationship management and influencing skills will make you a credible partner to the business, providing valuable insights and market trends. Responsibilities:Manage the full-cycle recruitment process to ensure qualified candidates are selected to fill critical open vacancies. This involves sourcing, screening, and negotiating with successful candidates to fill positions quickly and effectively.Source passive candidates through industry networking events, social media and various other recruiting tools and initiativesUtilize social media, event management, job boards, membership organizations, and personal networking to generate a diverse candidate pool.Be a team player who collaborates well with stakeholders and provides exceptional client service to hiring managers and candidates, internally and externally.Understand the Mizuho value proposition and be able to market the organization and the role effectively.Manage the internal approval process on offers, and coordinate with preboarding team to finalize and complete hiring process with successful candidates.Skills:3+ years of proven recruitment experience, and experience in the financial services industry preferred You are flexible, adaptable and persevere as deliverables and priorities change.You have experience sourcing direct candidates to create a diverse and qualified talent poolYou have excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, a commercial mindset, and strong client service and relationship management skills.
