Solidus is searching for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our client's Talent Acquisition Team.

This is a 1 year assignment that could be extended. The candidates should be local to the Lexington, MA area for occasional on-site meetings.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers on sourcing strategies for critical roles.

- Source for highly specialized technical talent, including passive candidates for current and future positions.

- Responsible for leveraging social networks to identify potential candidates,

- Deliver qualified, diverse candidates for hard-to-fill positions.

- Build candidate pipelines for future recruitment needs.

- Conduct phone and/or video interviews with candidates and screen through qualified candidates

- Utilize various candidate pipelines, technologies and techniques for direct outreach, marketing campaigns, organizational research, and innovation channels.

- Participate in virtual hiring and onsite recruiting events.

Requirements:

- US Citizenship and able to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance; Active Secret preferred

- 1 years minimum relevant experience

Required Skills:

- Must have a minimum of 1-3 years of corporate/agency recruiting experience working in a fast-paced environment.

- Must have experience using Boolean search strings or X-ray searches

- Must be proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and/or GlassDoor.

- Experience sourcing or cold calling.

- Demonstrated recruiting data analysis skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Bachelor's Degree

- Experience with SeekOut
