HqO is seeking a full-time QA Engineer to work in our Boston office. This hands-on role will maintain tooling and automation to ensure reliable and accurate measurements of project status and timelines. You will increase customer loyalty and internal predictability by ensuring we successfully deliver quality products, features, and commitments on time. In this position, you will support metrics and reports to allow for continuous improvement of processes and retrospective analysis of work. This role requires cross-functional collaboration and support with the development teams through guidance/coaching of scrum and agile development.

ResponsibilitiesYou will help HqO raise the bar on the quality of our mobile and web products through test automation.You will drive our use of test automation technology and help us integrate into our Continuous Integration environment.You will be responsible for designing test cases and developing automated tests.Perform both manual and automated testing for complex projects.Maintain, debug and develop the automation framework.Participate in creating test plans, test data, test cases, and automated tests.Participate in reviews of business requirements.Contribute to functional specifications and participate in reviews of feature designs.Provide input to test coverage based on requirements, functional specifications, and feature designs.Document and report on manual and automated test results.Collaborate with cross-functional engineering team members to communicate any identified bug fixes needed for the product.Provide assistance for other team members as needed to configure and troubleshoot applications.

Qualifications10+ years with Test Automation.Experience with test case management tools, test case management and test design.Experience creating automation roadmaps.Experience automating web, native mobile, and React Native mobile applications.Experience taking automation to continuous integration.Experience with Agile/Scrum, development process and tracking tools like JIRA.A natural curiosity about how things work.

Bonus PointsAptitude to learn and contribute to native mobile device automation.3+ years with Android and iOS testing.Experience with AppCenter.Testing for many white label apps at scale.
