Join us to invest in yourself, your career, and the financial world.The roleSoFi is seeking an Executive Compensation Lead to join our Total Rewards team and oversee the design, development, implementation, and communication of our executive compensation practices, programs, and policies. This is a leadership position, reporting to the Vice President of Total Rewards and People Infrastructure.What you'll do:Executive Compensation Strategy: design and execute executive compensation programs and policies to effectively attract and retain leadership talentProvide technical expertise on executive compensation design, policies, procedures, regulations, and complianceDevelop and oversee key performance dashboards using both internal and external benchmark data in order to measure performance and support decision makingProvide analytical and technical support for executive compensation programs and assist in preparing materials for the Compensation Committee of the Board of DirectorsWork closely with our external executive compensation consultantsMonitor developments in executive compensation regulation, disclosure, and proxy advisor policies.Lead the internal team in the development of the proxy CD&A materialsPartner with Stock Administration and other internal partners to manage global equity incentives, driving program effectiveness and enterprise-wide understandingWhat you'll need:Bachelor's degree required8-10 years of related experience in compensationPrior experience in executive compensation at public companies and/or supporting executive compensation at management consulting firmsExpert knowledge in executive compensation practices, regulations, and complianceStrong leadership skills with the ability to effectively partner with cross-functional teamsStrong understanding of how to navigate both strategic and analytical aspects of the position (rolling up your sleeves when necessary)Demonstrated program management skills with experience operationalizing complex initiatives into systematic and efficient work streamsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.Compensation and BenefitsThe base pay range for this role is listed below.
