Job Title:
PM Scrum Master
Location:
SFO, CA (Onsite)
Duration:
6+ Months
Responsibilities:
Drive engagement and stakeholder management.
Strong understanding of both Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies with the ability to pivot between roles and approaches based on team needs.
Approach delivery with an Agile mindset, applying Agile principles and practices (e.g., strong focus on delivering MVPs, focused on incremental value rather than perfection).
Exhibit strong soft skills typically required in stakeholder engagement (empowering people, influencing, negotiation, conflict management, empathy, awareness of different norms and expectations).
Exhibit servant leadership style towards the product owner, scrum master, development team, and the wider organization.
Lead teams, problem-solve, influence, and communicate effectively.
Work flexible hours as needed and facilitate virtual meetings for globally dispersed teams.
Have a Pharma / Life Sciences software background (preferred), with international teamwork or global functional experience.
Manage stakeholders, resolve conflicts, and coach teams effectively.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, gSuite, and Smartsheets.
Scrum Master certified.
