Vaco has partnered with a small digital health SaaS company in Arizona, located in the Scottsdale area in their search for an innovative Senior Sales Associate/Manager. This organization specializes in providing advanced software tools and platforms tailored to enhance surgical procedures, streamline workflows, effectively manage vendor instrumentation, and improve patient outcomes.Position Overview:

As a SaaS Software Sales Associate/Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by leveraging your experience to help reach company goals. You'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring the successful adoption of our software solutions. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong customer partnerships.Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and expand market share.Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with prospective clients.Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to optimize sales efforts and enhance customer satisfaction.Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to sales team members to foster skill development and career growth.Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and optimize sales strategies.Develop strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive retention and upsell opportunities.Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.Helpful Notes:

This position will be largely fully on-site with some hybrid capabilities down the road after a period of time.Travel is expected! Roughly a few times per month.The organization is seeking someone who has experience with long life cycle sales.2-4 years of software sales experience!
