About this OpportunityReporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play an essential role in the delivery of our award-winning candidate experience throughout the hiring process. You'll manage multiple priorities with attention to the details as you plan and finalize interview logistics across the US and help our successful new hires through the background and drug screen process. This is a highly valued role within our organization, being an essential contact for our candidates as you work with our recruiters, Human Resource partners and Hiring Managers. In return we'll provide you with training so you can grow your career here at Conagra.What you'll doYou'll have the opportunity to solve hiring problems, guide the decisions, and ensure we're making the best hiring decisions:Provide a high-touch service with candidates to schedule and confirm interviews by email and by phone 24 to 48 hours before first meetingCoordinate closely with Recruiter to ensure accomplishment of the internal clients' specific staffing needs from a quality, cost, time-to-fill and diversity perspectiveWork with Talent Acquisition leadership and recruiters in the preparation of required reports and other documentationProvide Executive Recruiting Coordination including scheduling interviews, facilitating an excellent candidate experience and coordination of background checks/drug screens.Provide College Recruiting Coordination including completing event registrations/interview requests, coordinating event logistics and administrative projects as neededComplete new hire I-9 processingIdentify and build internal relationships to help accomplish priorities and goalsPartner with HR, internal clients and recruiting team to gain a detailed understanding of organizational goals and needsSounds Like You?You could be who we're seeking if you have:Bachelor's degree1 year of previous HR/staffing experienceExperience with an applicant tracking system (ideally Workday)Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with impeccable attention to detailCan interact professionally and positively at all levels within the Conagra enterpriseAbility to work in a fast-paced environment where there are competing priorities and aggressive deadlinesHigh degree of energy and customer service orientation along with a highly professional phone mannerExcellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyCan work on multiple, complex projects simultaneously with frequent interruptions and the ability to see projects to completion with limited supervisionMaintain highly confidential information and work in a team environment with a strong customer service focusAt this time, we require applicants for this role to be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship either now or in the futureLocation & TravelThis role will be based within a commutable distance to our Chicago office with a requirement to be in office every Monday.
