This is a mid-level hybrid position based out of our Boulder, CO office with approximately 50% time in the office. Contribute and iterate on exceptional design workWork closely with other designers, product managers, and developers to refine your work and bring it to lifeHelp guide product direction through generative research with customersExplore several diverse solutions and validate the right solution with prototypes and quantitative/qualitative customer researchPresent design solutions to product managers and developers with confidence while remaining open to feedbackStrike the right balance of providing perfectly detailed design specs and iterating with development during implementationContinually improve your skills and grow along with our teamAbout You

Basic Qualifications

2+ years of UX Design experience creating flows, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate your design conceptsA firm command of interaction design fundamentals on the webProficiency with Figma or other modern design & prototyping toolsExperience contributing to shipped software productsOnline portfolio of your work and processOther Qualifications

Ability to communicate and collaborate with product managers and developers about the design visionFluency in user experience fundamentals: research, wireframes, mockups, prototyping, usability testingPoise to lead customer conversations and identify opportunities to help customers succeedA collaborative nature with strong communication skills, sincerity, and a desire to bring order to complex design challengesAbility to demonstrate your design experienceYou have a desire to internalize customer experiences and improve those experiences through meaningful designA plus if you have experience using or contributing to design systemsCompensation and Benefits

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations in the United States (US) are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need.Primary Location: USA.CO.BoulderPrimary Location Base Pay Range: $117,600 - $176,400Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $111,700 - $192,000Our Approach to Flexible Work
