Senior Associates contribute to client projects by taking ownership of specific tasks and supporting broader solution development efforts. They are expected to develop firsthand knowledge of clients and their business problems and contribute to team discussions, analysis, and solutions that help deliver impact for the client. Senior Associates are also encouraged to play an active role in internal Eagle Hill initiatives and business development while taking on increasing levels of responsibility across their projects and firm activities.Specific responsibilities may vary and will be dependent on an employee’s current project role, but the role of a Senior Associate may include:Supporting the development of client solutions and the creation of strategies, approaches, implementation plans, etc.Developing and conducting stakeholder interviewsDeveloping communications, such as presentations, newsletters, memos, etc.Drafting documentation for client and internal work productsSupporting the data gathering and analysis of data to identify gaps and recommendationsSupporting the professional training and development of more junior team members when requiredWhat are the Required Qualifications?Bachelor’s DegreeMinimum of

3 year’s work experience and 2 year’s external client facing management consulting experience

at a management consulting firm within the Federal/State/Local or Commercial/Non-profit spaceDemonstrated experience developing and driving solution-focused outcomesStrong relationship builder with demonstrated success in building rapport and credibility with clientsDemonstrated excellence presenting to an executive-level audience, both oral and writtenProficient in MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPointTechnical aptitude; able to quickly learn new technology platformsExperience facilitating multi-stakeholder sessions and managing workstreamsExperience managing time and meeting deadlines across multiple and competing prioritiesDemonstrated ability to work autonomously and in collaboration with a teamProven ability to take initiative on projectsStrong attention to detailMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futureAbility to successfully complete and retain any company, federal, or other background investigations required to perform client workWhat are the Desired Qualifications?Experience in Eagle Hill’s service lines a plus (strategy and performance, talent, and change management)Compensation : A reasonable starting salary range for this role is $69-81K base plus bonus.What are our Benefits?Eagle Hill Consulting provides a robust benefits package that includes:100% Employer paid Health, Dental, and Vision, Life and AD&D Insurance, and Short & Long Term DisabilityFlexible Spending Accounts, 401K with Employer Match, Employee Assistance Program, Health and Wellness, Commuter Benefits, an Annual Discretionary Bonus, and generous time off for eligible employees that includes a minimum of 20 days Paid Time Off, 10 Paid Holidays, and 12 weeks Paid Parental Leave.What is the Application Process?Applicants should note that we follow a competency-based interview approach to hiring.
