Job Description
The IT Support Specialist is responsible for assisting with troubleshooting issues, performing general maintenance, and hardware/software updates. All S&S Activewear employees must adhere to the guidelines presented in the S&S Activewear Employee Handbook.

Deploy and troubleshoot PC's, printers, scanners, and Tablets.Perform PC and printer maintenance in office and warehouse environments.Copy, move, secure user data.Perform hardware/software updates.Documents procedures to Knowledge base when necessary.Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize needs.Maintain users in Active Directory and AADDeploy and maintain warehouse IT devices.Participate in IT support ticket system to resolve user issues.Routinely work with Remote Desktop.Support in-house software including M365.Fully support and deploy Microsoft Intune.Requirements
Min. 2 years of IT helpdesk experience is required.Networking experience is a plus.Self-Directed and Work independentlyHigh attention to detail yet able to work quickly.Ability to change from task to task quickly.High degree of competency in Microsoft Office productsBS in Computer ScienceCompTIA A+ certification or equivalentAble to routinely lift 50 lbs. and work on your feet daily.Great attitude and team playerSome overnight travel required.Must be fluent in English.This is not a remote position.
