Entertainment Earth, the epicenter of pop culture joy, is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to join our close-knit team and assume ownership for defining and executing test strategies as part of the software development lifecycle. You will play a key role in strategic technology projects including our forthcoming enterprise-wide digital transformation initiative. This is an on-site role.
Primary ResponsibilitiesPartner closely with business owners to develop a deep understanding of all aspects of the current operation and the existing technical landscapeDefine test plans and create detailed test cases for both customer-facing websites and backend business applicationsExecute test plans in conjunction with regular software deployment schedule and consistently improve quality of implemented solutions by uncovering issues prior to launchCreate and manage issue database and provide comprehensive reporting on issue status, severity, resolution cycle time, and root cause analysisMission:

3+ years of professional experience in software development and software quality assuranceStrong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processesExperience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test casesSolid knowledge of SQL and scriptingExperience working in an Agile/Scrum development processExperience with ERP and/or Ecommerce implementation a plusExperience with performance and/or security testing is a plusHands-on experience with automated testing tools is a plusBS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subjectBenefits of Joining the Team!
