Job Description
The Software Developer will be responsible for assisting in the development of a proprietary software for the use in a single-family real estate acquisitions system. This position will play a key role in defining and implementing our next generation software, which is key to our success.
Develop new software packages and modules in a single-family real estate acquisitions systemDevelop new features including user interface enhancements, integration between applications and databasesUtilize a variety of software methods to perform changes to the dataGather end user functional and nonfunctional requirements to develop software scopeContribute to team effort with related tasks as neededQualifications:
Knowledge of web languages: PHP and/or ASP.NET, HTML, Javascript, CSSExperience with MySQL, SQL ServerExperience with Excel, Google Maps API, JQuery, Jaspersoft, YardiUnderstanding of at least 2 design patternsMinimum Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science or related field2 years' experience with developing and designing SoftwareSelf-motivated to get the job done and make recommendations to improve the code and processA good listener who takes detailed notesStrong communication skills and willingness to work in a team environment

Salary Range
Placement within this compensation range will be determined by the candidate's knowledge, experience and skills.$74,930.00 - $124,890.00
