Job Description

The

CRM Manager

is responsible for supporting the development and management of client development strategies for North America. This role will support in establishing clienteling journeys and help to maintain the integrity of the client database and ensure APNA pairs the right client with the right experience. This person must possess a thorough understanding of client segmentation and work cross-functionally with retail network and brand teams to achieve results in a client-centric, luxury retail environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Retail Network CRM SupportSupport retail network with training needs during onboarding and refresher meetings on CRM concepts and strategyAct as subject matter expert, developing recommendations for growth of CRM in partnership with APNA CRM teamDevelop and enhance CRM guidebooks for referenceReinforce best practices and client KPI's to support retail network, support the growth of a qualitative database and provide a better understanding of local clientsIdentify and prioritize improvements on our CRM platform through market feedbackCRM Tool Management

Partner with Head of CRM to ensure a seamless APNA transition to Salesforce across the region in 2024-2025Guide the release of CRM Digital Tool enhancements, launches and migrations, including but not limited to AP Calendar, AP Messenger, AP Event AppSupport HQ with the APNA annual newsletter strategy, conduct local testing via Salesforce Marketing Cloud, share results with teamClient Database Integrity & Insight

Partner with CRM Specialist to pinpoint opportunities to strategically engage clients via insights and engagement trackingPartner with Head of CRM to develop CRM dashboards to highlight successes and pinpoint areas of opportunityPartner with CRM Analysts to pair client insights with purchasing insights to increase understanding of the client lifecycle and purchasing trendsEnsure alignment between local CRM team and central teamsEvaluate database to determine propensity for client interest, loyalty, purchase, and growth in the years aheadQualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field5+ years of experience with CRM concepts and working with CRM platformsExperience with Marketing automation tools and CRM systems, ability to conduct in-depth client data analysisPossess a thorough understanding of luxury client and purchasing behaviors across different channelsStrong organizational and project management skillsExperience in luxury retail is preferred

Additional Information

Audemars Piguet offers a competitive and comprehensive compensation and benefits package. The salary range for this position is $105k-$120k annually. This role is eligible for bonus. Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
