Scrum Master / Project/Program Manager / Business Analyst

11-18 months

SF/Concord/San Jose, New York, Charlotte Hybrid
Start Date:

Rate Range:
$65-70/hr
Responsibilities:Scrum Master:
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, etc.).Mentor teams on Agile practices.Manage project backlogs and track progress.
Project/Program Manager:
Develop and manage program plans.Coordinate stakeholders and manage project risks.Report program performance to senior management.
Business Analyst:
Gather and analyze business requirements.Translate requirements into user stories.Conduct data analysis and maintain project documentation.
Requirements:
Proven experience in respective roles.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.Experience in payments industry, ISO 20022, and wire transfers.Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with ACH and instant payments.
