What to ExpectIn the Staff Global Fleet Health Engineer, Industrial Storage role, you will resolve fleet wide maintenance and serviceability challenges to ensure that Tesla meets its contractual and performance obligations for a rapidly growing fleet of energy storage sites. This role is an integral part of developing processes and tools to effectively track and highlight risks against operational contractual obligations, and leading technical and commercial discussions on fleet maintenance and efficient obligation delivery.The primary role of the Staff Global Fleet Health Engineer, Industrial Storage will be to leverage the incredible amounts of real-world performance and maintenance data to drive fleet wide improvements by identifying trends and determining effective strategies to improve key fleet health metrics. An ideal candidate has a solid grasp of operations and maintenance activities for power generation equipment, device and site level analytics and a demonstrated ability to work across functional teams towards delivery of contractual obligations.What You’ll DoPerform frequent fleet wide reviews to identify common failures and frequent sources of unavailability.
