Our team's focus is ensuring our intelligence customers have the right tools, technologies, and tactics to keep pace with an ever-evolving security landscape and succeed in their pursuit to protect people and critical assets.We are seeking a Sr. Human Capital Policy and Strategy Specialist to support an Intelligence Community (IC) program in Bethesda, MD. An Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required to be considered for this position up front. The candidate will support Government staff in the following:Conduct outreach to colleges and UniversitiesProvide expert assistance in administration, coordination and implementation of policies, procedures and practices associated with HC leadership and management of the IC CAE programPrep Congressionally Directed ActionsDevelop issue papers, talking pointsMonitor University Grants to encourage students to consider the IC an employerConduct Summer Seminars with UniversitiesPlan outreach meetingsCoordinate Outreach meetings with the IC Agencies and ODNIInterface with DNI (HC, HRM, EEO, DEI), 18 IC Agencies CHCOs, NARSIL Task 7, and DEIA LeadProcess/Activities: Set up Seminars, conduct outreach (in person, virtual), Monitor Federal GrantsTools: MS Office, WebEx, MS TeamsBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree and 18+ years of experience, a Master's degree and 10+ years of experience, or no degree with 24+ years of experienceTS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required
