What you'll doAs a Senior Product Manager for the Navigator Product team, you will influence the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Docusign’s AI-powered agreement repository, a key component of Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform. You will be an expert in customer problems and end-to-end user journeys around managing agreements and create a roadmap aligned to both. You will expand Navigator use cases to drive adoption and add new value for the enterprise customer segment, while working closely with other Product Managers, UX, Engineering, and Product Marketing as you define requirements for new features and bring them to market.This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Director of Product Management.ResponsibilityBuild strategy and roadmap that supports the goals of Docusign Navigator and Intelligent Agreement ManagementCollect customer feedback and partner with Research team to identify and validate customer problems around managing agreementsDefine and effectively communicate product goals and requirements, and work cross-functionally with Design and Engineering to implement solutionsAnalyze cost/benefit tradeoffs and facilitate discussions to reach partner consensusDefine critical metrics, implement tracking mechanisms, and measure feature success post-launchPartner closely with Marketing and Sales teams on go-to-market plans for a successful feature launchPresent product strategy to teams and executive leaders to get feedback and agreementInfluence effectively without authority in and outside of the Product team
What you bringBasic8+ years of related work experienceExperience directly engaging with and/or managing contracts throughout their lifecycle, from creation and negotiation to execution and analysisExperience with and thorough understanding of contract structures and methods for organizing themExperience working cross-functionally with Product Management, Design, Engineering, Operations, Program Management, Marketing, Sales and Customer SupportPreferredAnalytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to align strategy, customer need, research, data and industry trendsExcellent written communication skills including authoring effective product requirement documentsExcellent communicator able to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences to create shared understanding, resolve conflict, and obtain actionable consensusExperience reviewing business and performance insights to make data-driven decisions
Wage TransparencyPay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:California: $134,900 - $216,975 base salaryIllinois and Colorado: $129,000 - $182,250 base salaryWashington and New York (including NYC metro area): $129,000 - $190,550 base salaryWashington DC: $134,900 - $190,550 base salaryThis role is also eligible for bonus, equity and
benefits .
