Responsibilities:

Participate in team ceremonies, training, meetings, defect remediation, and metricsCoordinate with stakeholders and engineering team members to understand, and review functional specifications, requirements, designs, and test cases.Actively oversee reviews (functional and technical), identify, and help bridge gaps in requirements, particularly around use-cases and workflows (considers happy path, alternate paths, user-error, and system-error workflows)Review, implement, maintain, and execute manual test cases and automated testResponsible for testing, tracking, and managing defects for one or more teams orConduct regular Test Automation and Functional Test Coverage reviews, alert project leadership of any critical dependencies, risks, or constraints, and recommend remediation steps.Responsible for test-plan implementation, test peer-reviews, test assignment, execution of test runs, and actively seeking quick resolution of bugs based on their severity/priority.Analyze test results to predict user behavior, identify bugs, and work with the project team to triageEnsure delivery of the assigned project is on schedule and communicate risks on time.Contribute to estimating efforts required, preparing test strategy for functional and regression testingMaintain primary ownership of the QA environment(s), test data creation, and working closely with the project team, driving, and maintaining transparency and predictability for the release by sharing test summary reports at the end of each sprint.Participate in mentoring, training, and guidance of junior and new teamRequired Skills:Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or 7 plus years of QA experience.Experience testing API's/contracts on one of the cloud enviornments.Understanding and testing Kafka/SQS or similiar eventing framework is strongly preferred.Experience in usability, functional, and regression testing.Experience using a test case and project management systems likeExperience working in Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodology and full SDLCHands-on experience with cross-device, cross-browser/OS, and screen resolution compatibility testing of Web and Mobile applicationsExperience using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, JMeter, and Postman forExcellent working knowledge of writing defect reports and technical documentationProficient in writing SQL queries specifically when working with DB validation, and data-driven and automatedHands-on experience testing APIs and various ServicesExperience working effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment with excellent organizationalAbility to multi-task while effectively managing time and meeting criticalExcellent communication skills (both written and verbal)Experience using source control systems such as GitHub, BitbucketPBM/Healthcare experience preferred.Desired Skills:Compatibility testing using service tools such as BrowserStack, and the LAMBDA app.Mobile Device Testing on Native (iOS and Android), Hybrid, or React NativeUnderstanding of ADA compliance specific to WCAG 1 AA standards and best practicesIn-depth knowledge of automated performance and load testing.

Salary Range: 85,000 - 115,000
