They must maintain a high level of ownership and accountability and deliver best-in-class support.Key job responsibilitiesRun large initiatives to improve accuracy, timeliness, and speed with limited guidanceBe adept in working cross functionally with tech teams, stakeholders, customers, and leadershipOwn the end to end product launch process from writing a PR FAQ, BRD, test plans, customer engagement, UAT, and project updates to interested stakeholdersIs a team player and independently drives solutions to improve dataConduct detailed UAT to support project launches to enhance datasetsAnswer critical customer questions on sales compensation data by diving into detailed data and leveraging SQL, big data skills and business insightTroubleshoot operational data-quality issuesBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experienceExperience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definitionExperience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a productExperience as a product manager/owner and experience in end to end product deliveryPreferred QualificationsExperience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insightsExperience working across functional teams and senior stakeholdersExperience with on-prem to cloud migrationAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
