Qualifications:
Ideal candidate will hold an Associate's degree or higher in a technology related field with experience in technology support or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have excellent communication/customer service skills. Experience troubleshooting PCs, Macs, Chromebooks and iPads. Travel to and from various worksites is required.
Description:
This unique service arrangement represents a collaborative effort between the OAISD and the participating district(s) to maximize technical resources and expertise to benefit local school districts. Individual holding this position will provide technical support including installation, maintenance, and repair of computer hardware, software and associated equipment.
Schedule:
Full-time, year-round, first shift.
Compensation Type:
Hourly. Grade 13. $23.64 - $27.81 and up per hour depending on experience.
Benefits:
Full benefits package provided including medical, dental, and other insurance coverages. Cash-in-lieu of benefits is available.
