Your opportunity:

Systems Analysts work with internal customers to assist in research and fact-finding to develop or modify information systems. This position assists in preparing detailed specifications from which programs will be written as well as analyze and revise existing system logic and documentation as necessary.

What you'll be doing:

Assist internal customers in trouble shooting system issues or questions but may need to consult with other analysts on resolution.Understands functional business requirements and deliverables for assigned work.Collaborate with business partners to document business processes and functional specifications for readability and understanding by others.Create and maintain documentation for system applications/programs/designs.Work on identified solution to a problem and test solution against all aspects of problem as stated.Develop and perform testing on most tasks assigned to ensure proper functionality.Formulate and define system scope based on user needs and objectives through research and fact-finding to develop or modify simple changes to information systems.Possesses basic documentation skills - Ability to document business processes, read and understand documentation created by others, and ability to create functional specifications.May need to work with programmers to clarify spec details during development.Manage assigned tasks and provide estimated time of completion.Able to work independently on most small tasks but must work with a mentor for any larger or more complex tasks.Experience in a manufacturing business/company preferred.Software Preferences:

Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent years of job experience required2-4 years of relevant work experience with an associate's degree.1-3 years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degreeBenefits for you and your family:
