We are looking for an After Market Sales Engineer to join the team in La Porte, TX. This company values innovation, teamwork, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Pay: $55,000/yr - $70,000/yr

1st Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Requirements: The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, etc.) and/or Business or combined education experience, along with 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development, particularly in oil and gas, Powergen, Refinery, and/or Petrochemical industries. Previous engineering/technical experience with gas compressors or rotating equipment is desirable. This role will require US Travel, which is required to be between 50% and 75%, and less than 5% for international travel.

Job Duties: The After Market Sales Engineer will identify and develop new business opportunities, maintain customer relationships, and provide technical sales support. Daily tasks will include analyzing market trends, preparing sales forecasts, conducting product presentations, and negotiating contracts.
