Analyst IT Systems
within our IT / E&P / Subsurface / Drilling & Completions group based in Midland, TX .Key Responsibilities:Provide technical day-to-day support to Business Units and Well Servicing functions for the Landmark OpenWells applicationProvide technical day-to-day support to Business Units and Well Servicing functions for the WaRS (Workover and Resource Scheduling) applicationTroubleshoot issues to determine the root cause of a problem, i.e., application, data, misuse or misunderstanding of applicationLead implementation of WaRS (Workover and Resources Scheduling) application with counterparts from Production OperationsCollaborate with the Drilling, Completions, and Well Servicing Data Management group to assure data is appropriate for the applicationsManage the list of Drill Site Managers, Well Site Managers, and Vendors in the Landmark EDM (Engineers Data Model) databaseProactively assess the usage of the Well Servicing applications and make recommendations to drive long-term improvementEnsure Well Servicing data in WaRS and OpenWells is correctly integrated with other company systemsEngage with cross-functional teams, including Regulatory, Land, and Finance to understand their needs, challenges, and pain points, and proactively address themEstablish relationships with internal IT teams (Database, Security, Network, Citrix) to rely on their assistanceKeep abreast of technology trends in the Well Servicing verticalGain a better understanding of the AWS cloud and how it may impact the manner in which Well Servicing conducts its businessRegularly assess Well Services processes, tools, and technologies to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancements to data quality, efficiency, and effectiveness
