Awarded "Best Places to Work in Virginia" for 8 consecutive years.Mythics is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Senior Principal Functional Lead Consultant to join our rapidly growing Cloud HCM practice. This role is focused on implementing Oracle Cloud applications and working closely with our customers. Must have extensive experience with Core HR.Responsibilities include:* Design solutions, document requirements, and design specifications* Build application process* Communicate proactively and independently with the client with documentation to guide discussions* Assist in the management of a portfolio of clients while reporting to Senior Managers and above* Contribute to the development of your own and team's business acumen* Develop strategies to solve complex business challenges* Assist in the management and delivery of large projects* Train, coach, and supervise staff* Prepare and deliver status reports* Update project plan with completed tasks* Contribute to business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients* Configure application components and develop reports* Support the project manager through effective communication of tasks and issues* Interface with clients to clarify requirements and provide training and support* On select engagements, act as project manager* Represent CHRO Solutions with confidence and poiseQualifications
Must be a US Citizen or green card holder
Bachelor's and/or equivalent experience12+ years of professional work experience5+ years of experience implementing Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR5+ years of experience with HCM processes such as Hiring, benefits, payroll, time & labor, performance management, recruiting, and compensation planningExperience managing a team through at least two full-cycle implementation engagementsExperience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)Experience Implementing Oracle Cloud applications for public sector clientsDemonstrable experience learning more than one technologyPublic sector experience requiredAbility to articulate HCM conceptsAbility and willingness to travelAbility to engage clients in thoughtful dialog to elicit requirementsAbility to break down abstract concepts into componentsAbility to effectively communicate with and present to executive-level clientsAbility to articulate key project management conceptsAbility to lead the work of othersAccountability and personal driveExcellent written skillsAbility to understand contracts and adhere to statements of workAbility to work on multiple concurrent projects
