We are seeking a

Real Estate Support Services Analyst II - Remote.

Working at the direction of the Director of Support Services the position will perform a variety of duties as noted below. The primary responsibility of the position is coordinating all activities related to hard and soft construction services including, but not limited to tracking project and budget progress, invoice processing, FFE orders, project reconciliation, TIA requests and project closeout for projects managed by the Director of Support Services, Portfolio Manager, RE Portfolio Analyst II.Monitors and maintains the Costar project module for projects managed by the Director of Support Services, Portfolio Manager, RE Portfolio Analyst II.Your Impact

Monitors and maintains the Costar project module for projects managed by the Director of Support Services.Construction AdministrationAssists with the coordination of project activities with internal departments, architects, engineers, contractors, IT telecom and other consultants.Assists with tracking and entering budgets, purchase orders, change orders and quotationsMaintains accurate project data/notes in CostarFurniture, Fixtures, and EquipmentEnsures orders are placed and delivery will meet large project objectivesReview orders for proper pricing, delivery dates and follow up as neededTrack and process payments in a timely manner

SignagePlace signage orders and ensure installation for all large scale and M&A projectsReview orders for proper pricing, delivery dates and follow up as neededTrack and process payments in a timely manner

CostarAssists Director of Support Services in the review and correction of Lease and Project dataAssists Director of Support Services with revamping the lease and project abstracts

UtilitiesResponsible for the Utility set ups for all M&A activity

FacilitiesAssists the Director of Support Services to develop facility tracking system

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience to substitute for the bachelor's degree.Minimum of 2 years of related experience in a corporate real estate setting to include construction administration or construction managementAdditional Success Factors

Able to work with several ongoing and various projects at one timeStrong analytical, planning and organizational to track and evaluate project costs, progress and efficiency.Strong written and oral communications skillsExhibit good project assessment and lease interpretation skillsKnowledge of MS Office programs; such as , MS Excel and MS ProjectMust be able to work in a team and in a coordinated and fast-track approachAct with integrity in all ways and at all times, remaining honest, transparent, and respectful in all relationships.Keep the patient at the center of everything that you do, building lifelong trust.Foster open collaboration and constructive dialogue with everyone around you.Continuously innovate new solutions, influencing and responding to change.Focus on superior outcomes, and calibrate work processes for outstanding results.Pay range of $65,000 to $75,000 + annual bonus: up to 5% of base pay depending on bonus criteria.
