Job Description
A large retail client of Insight Global is looking for a Junior Desktop Support Specialist to join the core system network team in Coppell, TX. This ideal candidate will have a passion to learn IT and will be working on corporate desktop support, primarily hardware. This candidate will also be interacting with internal end users helping troubleshoot and reboot internal systems and devices.

Associates or Bachelor's degree
Passion for the IT/Network field
Experience or interest in End User Support
Some experience or familiarity with A/B Testing, rebooting, and troubleshooting hardware
Great communication and quick learner null
