Our team is eager to learn, fast-paced, and quality-driven-if that sounds like you, Synergy has a position for you!This position is designated as work-from-home/remote.Essential Functions & Duties:Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure effective management, operations, and maintenance of systems and networks. Optimize system performance and reliability through strategic initiatives.Manage and lead a team of system administrators. Assign tasks, prioritize work, and ensure the team meets operational goals and deadlines.Identify high-risk and critical problems within systems and networks. Allocate resources effectively to address and resolve these issues promptly.Oversee the operation of a wide variety of systems and networks, including high volume and high availability systems. Ensure systems are operating efficiently and securely.Dedicate appropriate resources to address complex and high-priority issues, ensuring minimal impact on system performance and availability.Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, management plans, and incident resolutions. Provide regular reports on system performance and team activities to senior management.Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance system and network management.Required Skills, Qualifications and Certifications:Extensive knowledge and experience in managing a wide variety of systems and networks, including high volume and high availability systems.Proven ability to create and implement effective plans for system and network management, operations, and maintenance.Experience in managing and leading teams of system administrators, with strong skills in task prioritization and resource allocation.Expertise in identifying and resolving high-risk and critical issues, with the ability to dedicate resources appropriately.Proficiency in maintaining detailed documentation and providing comprehensive reports on system performance and team activitiesDesired Certifications & Technical Stack:Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Windows Server, CompTIA Server+, or similar certifications are highly desirable.Advanced knowledge of various systems, networks, and high availability solutions.Experience managing projects related to system and network management, including planning, execution, and delivery.Commitment to staying current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices.Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and provide clear guidance to team members.Required Citizenship or Work Authorization:

US Citizen. Ability to obtain Public Trust.Required Education & Experience:

5 years of experience and a bachelor's degree in a computer science, electronics engineering or other engineering or technical discipline. 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.Compensation for roles at Synergy varies depending on a wide variety of factors including but not limited to the requirements of the role; education and certifications; knowledge, training, skills and abilities; level of experience; geographic location; and alignment with market data, law, and other business and organizational needs. As required by local law, the posted pay range represents the lowest to the highest pay that Synergy believes in good faith it might pay for this particular job, depending on the circumstances. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.A reasonable estimate of the current pay range is: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00.Essential Job Function Physical Requirements:
