The Business Systems Support Technician will report to the Business Systems team and support the manufacturing floor for various needs of processing data, troubleshooting various IT issues, help maintain printers, review SOPs, and implement tactical support of changes.
Responsibilities
Able to perform repetitious detail assignments and data processingWork with multiple departments in high pressure urgent need scenariosResolve issues quickly and precisely to completion and prioritize multiple tasksProvide on call support and act as incident manager for swing and graveyard shifts when on call or working shift on siteTroubleshoot basic network, software, printing problemsTroubleshoot hardware issues and replacing hardware on both desktop and laptop PCsRequirements
Degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience2 years' experience supporting Windows 7 and Windows XP desktop/laptop PCsHave a good understanding of Windows OSProven experience with Microsoft ExcelShow competency in learning new software and functionality for out of the box functionality in various production systems softwareExcellent communication skillsThe team is staffed 24/7 - the ideal candidate must be flexible to work weekends and any shiftExperience at configuring and printing using ZPL language on Zebra printers is a plusIT experience, knowledge of SQL queries & Splunk queries is a plusExperience working with PLC, ignition is a plusCompensation and BenefitsBenefits

$22.00 - $58.80/hour, depending on level + cash and stock awards + benefits
