Litigation Attorney Needed

Growing law firm seeks to add to its team of litigators. Experience in Insurance Defense, Commercial Litigation, and Labor & Employment (L&E) preferred. This is an opportunity to have a case mix. Hybrid schedule is an option and reasonable billable hour requirement.Job Qualifications
3- 10 years of experience in civil litigation, Commercial Litigation, and Labor & Employment (L&E) preferred with a track record of successful outcomes.Active and in good standing license to practice law in Missouri (Kansas a plus).Expertise in managing a portfolio of complex litigation cases.Experience with all phases of litigation, including case evaluation, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.Experience with legal research, writing, and analysis.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts to clients and team members.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound legal judgments.Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Job Responsibilities
