IMS Data Science Team

mission is to maintain marketplace leadership in car buying and expand our marketplace and vehicle services capabilities into ownership and next life. As part of this mission, we are continuously improving our product offering to meet the evolving needs of our customers. Enterprise dealer groups need better tools and richer insights to understand both rooftop and personnel performance.

IMS Data Science Team

is working to enrich our current product offerings with new business intelligence utilities to address this underserved need.

The Business Intelligence Analyst II will be an integral part of the

IMS Data Science Team

mission by acquiring, synthesizing, and organizing business data from internal and external sources to create actionable insights in the form of automated reporting and visualization tools. The analyst will be able to effectively communicate the insights to stakeholders in the form of presentations or report usage training. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of relational databases and a mastery of SQL. We strongly encourage candidates to have experience with Logi and MicroStrategy software. Experience with CSS and HTML is a plus. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, leveraging coding skills and an analytical mindset to drive meaningful insights and impact our business strategies.

What You'll Do

Understand business goals and KPIs through collaboration with teams.Analyze datasets to develop insights and generate reports.Build expertise in the vAuto platform and related data.Work with engineering to integrate BI tools and enhance data workflows.Manage both routine and ad-hoc data projects, ensuring data quality and availability.Who You Are

4+ years in data analysis and business intelligence.Strong skills in SQL; CSS and HTML skills are a plus.Experience with cloud computing and relational databases, preferably Snowflake.Proficiency in building automated dashboards, preferably with Logi and MicroStrategy.Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and address customer needs.Aptitude for resolving data issues and ensuring data integrity.Bachelor's degree in Data Science, IT, Computer Science, or related field.What's In It For You?

USD 77,800.00 - 116,700.00 per year

Compensation:

Compensation includes a base salary of $77,800.00 - $116,700.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
