As a representative within our Claims department you will:
Adjust Insurance ClaimsProvide legendary customer service to our insured membersInterpret policy and identify coverageAssess claims and negotiate settlementWeekends required for our Weekends UnitTrain on claims processing procedures and systemsAttend a 6-weeks training focus on insurance claims handlingWhat you'll bring:
Bachelor's (4 year) degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experienceNo prior claims experience requiredProficiency with Microsoft OfficeStrong organizational skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skillsMust be able to work independently and adjust to changeAvailable to work a majority of weekends
The starting pay range for this position is $28.03 - $30.83 per hour. Additionally, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon your team and individual performance.
