We are searching for an Enterprise Architect who will provide architecture support for Industrial Systems. To thrive in this position, you must have Business Architecture expertise and a desire to work with Product Team (both business and IT) members across the enterprise.Experience Required:5+ years overall Business/IT experience in process definition and documentationSkills Required:Proficient in business consulting with strong facilitation, written, and oral communication skills.Demonstrated ability to self-manage, develop work plans, and employ effective methods to navigate ambiguity and foster consensus for architectural solutions in both legacy and cloud-native paradigms.Self-motivated individual with the capacity to work autonomously or collaboratively within a team settingProven ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently.Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management and Quality processes and tools.Exceptional time management and digital proficiency, utilizing tools such as MS Office.Proven leadership skills in working with senior management to facilitate decision-makingStrong problem-solving abilities, including leading problem-solving teams.Experience in process modeling frameworks like BPMN and process automation tools.Expertise in interoperability standards and methodsExperience in liaising with external suppliers and vendors for consultancy and procurement solutions.Education Required:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
